Marassi project is considered the most important coastal project on the Mediterranean Sea if not in the world .. It was built by Emaar Company on the best beaches of the Mediterranean in the Sidi Abdel Rahman area.

The project was built on an area of ​​1,500 acres with a beach extending to 6.5 km in length.

The project is divided into several areas, each area has its own gate, areas for buildings and areas for villas. It serves the Marassi community more than a sandy beach with turquoise waters. The Marassi project includes 4 hotels so far.
