heart of the resort and is consistent of a

two stories structure. The lower floor is

used as an oriental coffee shop, while the

upper floor is an open-air sitting area

with a bar overlooking the swimming

pools.

 

11- Swimming Pools:

The Resort has three swimming

pools; the main swimming pool is

located in front of the main

building with an area of 375 m2and

has a dedicated pool-bar that can

also serve the Children Swimming

pool located at lower altitude with

an area of 100 m2. The Secondary

Swimming Pool is heated and

located in front of the Chalets

building with a total area of 220 m2

and has a dedicated pool-bar.

12- Infrastructure:

The Resort has a main water tank with 250 m3 of capacity, a compact

treatment plant, and an irrigation tank with 100 m3 of capacity as well as

electrical transformer and generator. In general, the resort is provided by its

electromechanical needs through a private company that provides all the projects with infrastructure.

The 240 Units Resort

only requires some 6 months
