Confidentiality Agreement

RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company is licensed under the license issued by

Hereinafter referred to as the interested party

The above parties agree that in view of the LE 1.00 to be paid by the interested party to RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company and RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company will disclose these records, documents, declarations and financial information that it may have or may have obtained or prepared.

RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company and interested party also agree on the following:

1- All such records, documents, disclosures and financial information ["confidential information"] shall remain at all times the property of RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company (and/or the seller party whose RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company operates as its agent) and shall not object to or dispute ownership of the interested party.

2- The interested party shall receive all such financial records, documents, data and information ["confidential information"] and any observations and/or copies received from the interested party there and shall keep them strictly confidential for the sole purpose of assessing the viability, financial details and business affairs of the interested party and shall not publish or supply any printed or original copies of any person other than the legal or financial advisers of the interested party.

3- Admittedly, the interested party requested such confidential information because it had a sincere intention to investigate the acquisition of such acts

4- For any reason, the interested party should not initiate any offer to purchase the said enterprise, the confidential information, any observations and copies thereof, and any other concrete information retained by the interested party with respect to the enterprise. (other than the materials, notes and written statements at the date of this document already obtained by the interested party) Instantly to RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company without any copies being kept by the interested party.

5- Admittedly, the interested party requested such confidential information because it had a sincere intention to investigate the acquisition of such acts.

6- For any reason, the interested party should not initiate any offer to purchase the said enterprise, the confidential information, any observations and copies thereof, and any other concrete information retained by the interested party with respect to the enterprise. (other than the materials, notes and written statements at the date of this document already obtained by the interested party) Instantly to RE/ RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company without any copies being kept by the interested party.

7- The interested party then retains the confidentiality of this confidential information and does not use it for any other purpose whatsoever.

8- The confidentiality commitments contained in this document bind not only the interested party but also its employees, agents, managers, consultants, associated companies, subsidiaries and any candidate from the interested party (including employees, agents and directors).

9- The interested party shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all such persons are aware of, bound by and adhere to the terms of this Agreement.

10- The interested party shall take all reasonable steps to protect confidential information at all times and to prevent any unauthorized acquisition or use and shall reimburse and reimburse RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company. vendors, employees and the company against all claims, losses or damages resulting from the disclosure or use of confidential information or any parts thereof without the permission of the interested party, its employees, agents, directors, advisers or associated or affiliated companies.

11- The interested party acknowledges that no failure by REE/MAX Real Estate Marketing to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be construed at any time as a waiver of any of these rights under this Agreement and that no such failure shall affect the validity of any of the provisions of this Agreement or in any way prejudice RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company or Establishment.

12- If the proposal is helpful, we acknowledge that RE/MAX ALMOHAGER is the agent provided, and the interested party here agrees that all offers for the purchase of business, equity or property either in the name of the interested party or any associated agent or candidate of the interested party will only be made through or through the RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company tool.

13- The interested party agrees and understands that all information provided by the seller and to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company, nor its sellers or employees are responsible for the accuracy of this information. Furthermore, the intended buyer is advised to conduct its own inquiries to verify the accuracy of this information and notify any intended buyer/buyer. Furthermore, RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company for real estate marketing only transmits the information as provided by the seller or the seller's agents. The seller has seen and approved the information contained in this report.

14- For the purposes of this Agreement, "confidential information" means:

a- All information disclosed by RE/MAX ALMOHAGER Real Estate Marketing Company in relation to business and financial affairs (hereinafter called "Business"), whether through records, documents, financial statements and information, and books of accounts, associated with business affairs and financial details of the business.

b- Any information obtained by the interested party during the negotiations in respect of any transactions, transactions or business matters.
