The city of New Cairo was established in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 191 of the year 2002 to limit the steady population increase in the capital, Cairo, by creating points of attraction for development. It is located on the eastern side of Cairo, adjacent to the ring road and surrounded by the Katameya / Ain Sokhna roads and the Cairo-Suez road. New Cairo is 15 km from Maadi and 5 km from Nasr City district.

Narges Neighborhood

  Near the Fifth Settlement neighborhood, which is one of the well-known and well-populated neighborhoods. Southern Investors District

  It is considered one of the modern neighborhoods of New Cairo because it is located in the middle of the most prestigious residential compounds and resorts such as (Katameya Dunes Compound - Mivida - Mountain View and El Patheo 7).

Lotus District

It is called by this name because it was designed in the shape of a lotus flower and is considered one of the modern neighborhoods in New Cairo. The Lotus neighborhood is the neighborhood closest to all the new vital areas. It is located directly in front of the American University, and it is located between South Teseen Street, North Teseen Street, and the Clubs District. The neighborhood is divided into the northern lotus and the southern lotus, and the southern lotus is considered the best, perhaps because it is the closest to the American University and the southern 90th Street. One of the most famous clubs in Egypt, such as (Royal Club, Platinum Club, New Cairo Club, and Aviation Club).

Banafseg District

The Banafseg neighborhood is considered one of the important neighborhoods within New Cairo. The Banafseg neighborhood is divided into villas and buildings. The villas area is divided into 12 areas that can be reached through the northern 90th Street or from the Ring Road. We note that the Fifth Settlement Authority is always interested in the presence of a service area within any of the neighborhoods of New Cairo, and for this reason, service areas are sufficiently present in the Banafseg neighborhood. Most of the housing available in the neighborhood is above average, in addition to the availability of luxury housing, especially in the villas subdivision.

Northern Investors District

  The Northern Investors neighborhood is located along Al-Rehab City on the Sadat axis near the Suez Road. Jasmine neighborhood

South Academy District

Abu Al-Hol Neighborhood
