  First the general location

The city of New Cairo was established in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 191 of the year 2002 to limit the steady population increase in the capital, Cairo, by creating points of attraction for development. It is located on the eastern side of Cairo, adjacent to the ring road and surrounded by the Katameya / Ain Sokhna roads and the Cairo-Suez road. New Cairo is 15 km from Maadi and 5 km from Nasr City district.

  It consists of five residential communities, the most important of which is the Fifth Settlement, in addition to the First Settlement, the Third Settlement, the Eastern Extension, and the Southern Extension.

Narges Neighborhood

  Near the Fifth Settlement neighborhood, which is one of the well-known and well-populated neighborhoods. Narges neighborhood consists of 8 neighborhoods, in which luxury villa housing is available, ground, first, or ground, and two floors, and services are well available in addition to the Narges area, buildings. It is located on the southern 90th Street, almost in the center of New Cairo.

Southern Investors District

  A luxury and above-average housing area.   It is considered one of the modern neighborhoods of New Cairo because it is located in the middle of the most prestigious residential compounds and resorts such as (Katameya Dunes Compound - Mivida - Mountain View and El Patheo 7).

Lotus District

It is called by this name because it was designed in the shape of a lotus flower and is considered one of the modern neighborhoods in New Cairo. The Lotus neighborhood is the neighborhood closest to all the new vital areas. It is located directly in front of the American University, and it is located between South Teseen Street, North Teseen Street, and the Clubs District. The neighborhood is divided into the northern lotus and the southern lotus, and the southern lotus is considered the best, perhaps because it is the closest to the American University and the southern 90th Street. One of the most famous clubs in Egypt, such as (Royal Club, Platinum Club, New Cairo Club, and Aviation Club).

Banafseg District

The Banafseg neighborhood is considered one of the important neighborhoods within New Cairo. The Banafseg neighborhood is divided into villas and buildings. The villas area is divided into 12 areas that can be reached through the northern 90th Street or from the Ring Road. We note that the Fifth Settlement Authority is always interested in the presence of a service area within any of the neighborhoods of New Cairo, and for this reason, service areas are sufficiently present in the Banafseg neighborhood. Most of the housing available in the neighborhood is above average, in addition to the availability of luxury housing, especially in the villas subdivision.

Northern Investors District

  The Northern Investors neighborhood is located along Al-Rehab City on the Sadat axis near the Suez Road. It is distinguished from others, like the Southern Investors, by the closed residential complexes located in it, such as (El Patio - Hayati Residence - Water Way - Sunset - Achrafieh - Bellagio - Hayat Heights and the Central Bank Club) .

Jasmine neighborhood

South Academy District

It is a villas area divided into 7 areas called by the alphabet (A – B – C – D – H – and – Z). Tamr Henna neighborhood

The villas area is also located in front of the lotus neighborhood and in the middle of the villas area, such as Koronfol and Sharbatly.

Abu Al-Hol Neighborhood

The Sphinx neighborhood is close to the natural reserve (the petrified forest)..and one of its most important features is that it is an excellent area for investment because of the low price per square meter..it is an area designated for families, so we find that the land area is small and the floors are few.

Beit Al watan area
